After a life well lived, Louis Ensing passed away at the age of 97. He was predeceased by his wife, Helen
Ensing (Parks) in 1991 and by Anne Pasishnek in 2004. He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Pat Morgan, Terry and Kathy Moore and family, and the many nieces and nephews of the extended Parks family as well as Susan Lochhead (Dennis), Marty Pasishnek (Eileen), Roseanne Hall, Geraldine Dickson and other members of Anne’s family. Louis resided at Rutherford Heights Retirement Residence for the last six years. He had many friends there, both residents and staff. Louis enjoyed attending the outings and
events, especially the Senior’s Olympics, where he proudly earned various medals.
A celebration of Louis’ life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., at Hainstock's Funeral Home and Crematorium, 9810 34 Ave.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CNIB, the Humane Society or a charity of one’s choice.
