Lynda Jane Gordon

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Lynda Jane Gordon after a long battle with vascular dementia at the age of 77 years.

Lynda will be lovingly remembered by her children: Tracey (Murray), Kelli (Duncan), and Jason; her cherished grandchildren: Matt, Megan, Julie, Brandon, Jordan, Justin, and Kai; and her siblings: Richard, Dave, Joanna, and Steve.

Lynda was born in Toronto, Ontario to parents, Jean and Charlie Gordon. They later moved to Calgary when Lynda was at a young age. Some years later she met and married Garry Waller. They went on to have 3 beautiful children. Later, Lynda travelled working at a variety of casinos. She spent 30 years in the casino industry dealing cards, being a pit boss, and teaching the gaming classes. Lynda was a very smart lady and knew her craft in and out. She lived her life by her own rules, never apologizing for it.

A Celebration of Life will be taking place on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 from 12:00pm until 3:00pm at the St. Albert Curling Club located at 3 Tache Street, St. Albert, Alberta. Street parking and pay public parking is available in lots adjacent to the club.
