Lynn was the beloved husband and best friend of Georgina for 54 wonderful years. Together they built a life filled with love and family.
Lynn was predeceased by his parents, Joan and Gordon Wenzel; his brothers, Mac and Rick Wenzel; and his nephew, Trevor. He leaves behind his loving wife, Georgina; his daughters, Charlene (Kevin), Sherri-Lyn, Kim (Jamie), and Lindsay (Tyler); his sister, Joanne; his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
As the proud father of four daughters, Lynn always had their backs, believed in them, and would do anything to protect them. His greatest joy was simply seeing his girls happy. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought him endless pride and happiness. He loved taking them for rides in his beloved Mustang with the top down, creating memories filled with laughter that they will cherish forever. Those special drives made him the coolest Grandpa around.
Lynn dedicated his working life to being a baker, a career he took great pride in. Working the night shift, he was known for bringing home loaves of Rainbow Bread for his family—a simple tradition that became a treasured memory. He was a true gentleman with a kind heart and gentle soul. His warmth, kindness, and quiet strength touched everyone he met, and he will be remembered for always putting others before himself.
Lynn found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved classic Mustangs, collecting clowns, never turned down a plate of Chinese food, enjoyed the occasional rum and Coke, appreciated a visit to the casino, and treasured every moment spent with his family and friends.
Throughout his illness, Lynn faced every challenge with courage, grace, and determination. He fought until the very end, surrounded by the love of his family.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses, home care staff, and caregivers for their compassion and exceptional care.
Lynn's kindness, love, strength, and gentle spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
