September 2nd, 1924 – July 9th, 2014
On July 9, 2014 our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away surrounded by her family.
Her family was her greatest joy and left to lovingly remember her, are her children, Sharon (John), Carol (Gerry), Don (Dawn); grandchildren, Devon (Silas), Johnathan (Rikst), Tara (Doug), Cody, Christy (Sandi), Mark; great grandchildren, Ethan, Violet, William, and baby James; sister, Theresa; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Lyn was predeceased by her husband, Herb; sisters, Eleanor and Margaret; brother, Elmer; granddaughter Kira Jane and great granddaughter, Sanne Mae.
A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church (10014 81 Ave NW), Monday July 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Tim Posyluzny officiating.
The family is so grateful to the kind staff of the Southgate Good Samaritan Care Center who so compassionately and lovingly cared for Mum in her final months, repeatedly saying;
“She always had a smile on her face.”
