Left to cherish his memory are his wife Monika, sons Jeremy, Michael and Nathan, siblings Robert (Barbara), Joanna, Paul (Debra), Simon, Kim (Charles) Daniel, and Richard (Tracy), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and the family dog, Nixon. He was predeceased by his parents Richard & Cynthia, and niece Jamie Lee.
The family wish to express their gratitude for the care given by Dr. Brendan Halloran and the staff at Unit 5C4 at the UofA Hospital. In lieu of flowers donations in Mark’s memory may be made to the Terry Fox Foundation Suite D10 - 6115, 3rd Street SE Calgary, AB T2H 2L2.
A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Memories Funeral Home 13403 St. Albert Trail, Edmonton.
