Condolences to the O’Hara family on Mike’s passing.

When I first met Mike, I could swear it was Don Cherry, so I rushed to take this picture with him and boasted to my friends about having met The Don Cherry. 
Mike was kind, warm, welcoming, always offering positive affirmations. He was my mentor when I started my business in 2020. He welcomed and embraced everyone he met. RIP Mike

Mike was a great manager and leader for Minolta branch in Edmonton.  We shared many fun events like President Club trips, VP trips and you were always fun at management meetings.
Well respected , set the achievement bar high and led by example.
Mike you will be missed by many.

It is with great sadness that I heard of Mike O’Hara passing away. Mike was a great mentor to myself and many others at Konica Minolta and most importantly was also a very good friend. He had a very kind heart, was funny, can be serious, don’t get him mad, but a lot of fun to be around when it was time to destress and have some fun.

My heart goes out to the family, friends and everyone that he has impacted in such a positive way. Mike you will be missed but never forgotten. RIP my friend.

I am so sad to hear about Mike passing.  We share d  a lot of good times with the Spirit of Edmonton.   Michael l will be missed greatly.

I spent the better part of everyday for 20 years working with Mike. He was so many things to me; a mentor, a teacher, a business partner and  most importantly..a dear friend. We shared so many laughs and a few tears over all those years, and I will treasure them, always.
I’m thankful that Mike brought me into his life in 1990 when he introduced me to what became our Minolta family. A group that, to this day, I have never been so proud to be a part  of.  We lost a key member of our original family with Mike’s passing, but I am confident that his memory will live on in all of us.
Thanks for everything, old pal.

Sincere Condolences to the Family;
I volunteered with Michael with the Spirit of Edmonton. I nicknamed Michael "Sully" as his voice sounded exactly like Sully from the Movie Monsters Inc. Sully was his Grey Cup Name on his Eskimo Jersey  & everyone at Grey Cup Parties across Canada knew and loved Sully! So many good memories and laughs, you were a kind soul and good friend.  Rest in Peace Sully.

The wonderful times I had the pleasure of spending with Mike at countless number of President's Club trips and manager meetings will always be with me. It was an honor and a privilege to be in the company of such a wonderful person. Mike set the bar for all the KM Branch Managers to aspire to. His combination of high-level management skills and contagious personality made him the success that he was throughout his career and personal life. I will carry memories of Mike for the rest of my life, thank you my friend and RIP

My sincere condolences to the family on the passing of Michael.  He was a Manager of one of my locations (Sherlock Holmes) and was a good man.  I always found him to be a perfectionist and cared about his staff and customers.  Always very eager to learn. He loved the Oilers and Edmonton Eskimos and was a great ambassador for them.  In later years we always looked forward to seeing Michael at the Spirit of Edmonton and Grey Cup games.   I'll raise a glass to him.  May he  RIP.

Mike was always such a pleasure to serve in the lounge. We used to call him “Red Wine Mike” whenever he came in as he always ordered a glass of Merlot and a water. He was a such a funny, caring, and understanding  man. He will forever be known for his endless dad jokes. He will be missed.

Our heartfelt condolences are with the entire O’Hara family. Mike was always a very kind hearted sincere individual. The days with Konica Minolta & our Presidents Club trips, parking lot celebrations & annual Christmas parties always showed how proud Mike was of his Edmonton Branch. Outside of the branch he was no different. He was a man with a huge heart & will never be forgotten for all that he has done. RIP Mike. You will be greatly missed.

It was a pleasure to meet him and work for him at Konica Minolta for over 8 years.it was a company that he enjoyed,as well as his intire staff supported him and it seamed like a big family to me and the other staff. he loved his sports , Oilers, Eskimos,and unfortunately the San Francisco 49ers.to this day only have 5 super bowls and my Steelers have 6.it was a pleasure to work there and to know him.he was great in the community and it showed. So rest in peace Michael and go Steelers....lol. thanks for all the great memories..

I wish to send my heartfelt condolences to Mike's family. I knew Mike through my late husband, Gary Parker, who worked under Mike in Service. I respected Mike. I thought that he was a very smart man. He was very professional in his dealings, and sincere. He was always polite, kind and cordial towards me. I thought that he was always a snappy dresser.  At functions, he made a point to always get around the crowd and talk to each person there. I respected that about him. He will be missed.

I echo the sentiments already posted by Marie and Frank. As the leader of the best Minolta/KonicaMinolta branch in all of Canada, Mike exuded confidence, but earned the respect of employees, collegues, customers and friends. Many a time, we didn't always agree with his perspective, however, in the end, it was for the betterment of the most important piece, OUR CUSTOMERS!! The Edmonton KM flagship branch, of management and employees, earned the Mike O'Hara motto, 'We are the bar'!! Your powerful and enduring demeanor and personality will be missed by all. Thank you for everything you did, for us! RIP my friend!

Mike, you will be surely missed.  Loved working with you during our time at KM.  Your vision, strong work ethics and will to win were always so inspiring.  RIP my friend.
