Muriel is survived by her children Michael (Darlene), Darlene Currie, Diane (Dale) and one brother Wayne, along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Muriel was predeceased by her husband Rollie, and sons Brian and Keith.
Muriel was born March 17, 1932 in Didsbury, Alberta, one of 6 children of Ada and Bill Collinge.
She lived on the farm until she moved to Calgary to work as a secretary. It was there she met Rollie and it was love at first sight. They were married soon after and bought their first house and started their family.
They moved to Edmonton in 1962.
Muriel devoted her life to her family. She had many hobbies: curling, golfing, playing bridge and loved to dance.
Muriel was known to all as kind and patient with a witty sense of humor, and was very generous with her time and money.
