It is with profound sadness the family of Nellie Williams announces her passing Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the age of 97 years.
Nellie will be fondly remembered and forever cherished by her beloved family, children David (Arlene) McDougall, Patsy (Bryan) Mosbeck, Vern McDougall, Donna Ackroyd; grandchildren Shauna Mosbeck, Cameron (Catherine) McDougall, Lindsay McDougall and Jessica (Doug) Rutten; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
She was predeceased by her first husband Daniel “Scotty” McDougall in 1963; second husband Thomas “Tom” Williams in 1992 as well as her grandson Brett Mosbeck.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Hainstock’s Funeral Home, 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton with interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be made in her memory to the Cross Cancer Institute c/o Alberta Cancer Foundation, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
