Patricia was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
She is survived by her children, Leah and Jonathan (Megan); and grandchildren, Caelyn, Tristan and Hadrian. She will be dearly missed by her parents, Doug (Laurel); and siblings, Rob and Christine; along with all her loving family and friends.
She is predeceased by her soulmate and husband, Craig, as well as her mother, Louise.
Patricia will be remembered for her vibrant nature and love and dedication to her family.
A service will be held at Memories Funeral Home and Reception Centre on Thursday, June 9th, 2022, at 11:00 AM; all are welcome to attend.
Remembrances may be directed to the Organ Donation Society or charity of choice. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the kindness received in thought, word and deed.
