Phyllis Muriel Borle

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother (Nanny) as she left to join her beloved husband Harold on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at the age of 88 years. She left us peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Left to cherish her memory are her five children: Kim (Norm) Sabourin, Karen (Steve) Olivier, Joanne (Dwane) Gravel, Bert (Darlene) Borlé, Mike (Val) Borlé, 16 Grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren with 2 more on the way. Phyllis is also survived by her two sisters Pam (Ian) Sutherland and Heather (Bert) Cramatte; sister-in-law Melba Kopjar as well as numerous other family members and many dear friends.

The family extends our sincere appreciation for the thoughtful care she received by Dr. King and all the staff in the Emergency Department and Unit 15 at the Sturgeon Hospital.

Nanny always had the right words of wisdom, inspired many to follow their path, and was a bright light in our lives. She brought joy and kindness to all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 7th @ 11:00 am at St. Charles Parish, Mearns, AB.
