Rita will be lovingly remembered by her husband Jeff, sons Kris (Ellen), Matthew, daughter Abbey, sons Curtis (Sara), Branden (Amanda); grandchildren Ashlyn, Paige, Sigrid, Thorunn & Graylynn; her mother Gail (John), mother-in-law Gertie Hielema; siblings Doug (Lisa), Tammy (Joe), Jackie, sister-in-law Marlene (Arlene) and brother-in-law Chris, as well as numerous extended family and close friends.
Predeceased by her father Benny Fryk and father-in-law Ralph Hielema.
A Celebration of Rita’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Hainstock’s Funeral Home, 9810 – 34 Avenue NW, Edmonton.
