Bob is survived by his sons, D'Arcy (Samantha) and Paul; his brother, Marcel (Hazel); his sisters, Gabrielle Singleton (Wally) and Madeline Therien; and extended family. He was predeceased by his sisters, Vivianne Neal and Germaine Booth, and his partner, Elsie O'Donnell.
A longtime Edmonton resident, Bob worked for many years at Ford Motor Company. He had a strong work ethic and was a skilled handyman who could fix nearly anything at home, some described him being "tough as nails".
In his spare time, Bob enjoyed duck hunting and fishing. He always enjoyed friendly competition with friends and family, whether playing golf, cards, crib or horseshoes. He valued family, especially big get togethers like the "Boisvert Bash" and more recent reunion dinners.
Bob will be missed by many and remembered for his brilliant smile, quirky sense of humour, and mischievous, independent nature.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
