Peacefully and with daughter-in-law Sandy at his side, Bob passed away on May 13, 2026 at the age of 85. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Mavis, daughter Keri (Todd) children Jenna, Kristamarie (Alex) and Jamie (Ethan), son Jay (Sandy) children Emily (Dakota) and Serenity, Robert (Aisha), sister Marguerite, sister-in-law, Eileen, brother-in-law Keith (Lynne). He also leaves a large extended family and many friends.
Predeceasing him was his son Dean (2023), parents Everett and May, parents -in-law Alf and Rose, sister-in-law Velma, brothers-in-law Bill ,Dennis and Beck, nephews Alfie and Darrell.
The family wishes to thank the care staff at Harvest House , Capital Care Strathcona, Sherwood Park for the care given to Bob and his family over the past four plus years. We also thank the many friends and family for their support during this time.
