Rose passed away

at the age of 88 years.

Left to cherish her memory

are her grandsons,

Al (Shannon) Mozak

and Richard (Linda) Mozak;

four great grandchildren;

three sisters; one brother;

numerous nieces, nephews

and many dear friends.

Rose is predeceased

by her husband, William;

daughter, Laurie Mozak;

two sisters; five brothers

and her parents.
