Rose was born on May 3, 1932, in Vilna, Alberta, and was a longtime resident of Edmonton, Alberta.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Debbie, Delbert (Adele), and Dwayne and family.
Nama had five special grandchildren: David (Laura), Mikhael (Alycia), Cody (Kyle), Alexander (Alexis), and Tarika (Levi). She also had three great-granddaughters whom she loved dearly: Charlotte, Maebel, and Aubrey.
Rose was predeceased by her husband, Dave; son-in-law, Allen; parents, Jacob and Annie Brodie; siblings, Edward, Mary, Lucille, and Henry; brothers-in-law, Steve, Everett, and Bill; and nephews, Neale and Perry.
Rose will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her sisters, Patsy and Victoria (John); sister-in-law, Katherine; and many other family members and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Eucharist Church, 6425 120 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5W 1M2, on October 16, 2026.
