Born on September 12,1930 in China, he moved to Hong Kong where he lived and worked for 30+ years. After retirement, he moved to Canada in 1988 with his son.
Joe enjoyed photography, traveling, and practicing tai chi. He was an avid sports fan who followed the Edmonton Oilers, soccer, table tennis, tennis, badminton, and snooker throughout the year. Known for his kindness, warmth, and gentle manner, Joe made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
Joe is survived by his children, Eleanor and her husband Dah Fong, Edward; and his grandchildren, Deanna, Laurence and his wife Sadaf.
