Tana was a shining light in our lives. She loved spending time with family and friends, all things Victorian, baking bread, gardening, reading, and listening and singing along to music of many genres. She is survived by her father Jerry; children Charlotte (Chris), Emily (Matt) and David; grandson Fox, brother Jerry Towle (Vanessa); sister Roberta Lidberg (Bruce); and her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her mother Sheila. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the kind souls she crossed paths with at Copper Ridge in Whitehorse, Millwoods Good Samaritan and Pilgrims Hospice in Edmonton and Tara O’Mara, Nurse Practitioner with AHS Palliative Care Services.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, January 21 at 11 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church, 9034 – 95 Ave NW, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Pilgrims Hospice, the MS Society or Edmonton Humane Society would be appreciated.
