She was born June 18, 1959 in Wetaskiwin, Alberta to Donald and Patricia Mitchell. She married Jean Lacoursiere on the of December 24, 1983. Due to failing health over many years, pain was a constant companion. However, she always tried to maintain a positive attitude. Her children Kristin and Ryan were her pride and joy. As cherished were the children of her dearest friends whom she loved as if they were her own.
She is survived by Jean, and her children Kristin and Ryan Lacoursiere, her sister; Wendy Mitchell. She is predeceased by her parents Donald and Patricia Mitchell.
Terry will be laid to rest with her mother and grandparents in Wetaskiwin. A small memorial will held for friends and family at a later date.
