Survived by his loving wife Theresa of 38 years and his children, Nathan, Amber and Tarah (Casey); his grandsons, Jordan, Halen and Braeden; his brother, Anthony (Mary Ellen) and sister, Chris (John) Czernick; his brothers-in-law, Richard (Marie) and Patrick Martin; his sister-in-law, Loretta Martin, plus his many nieces, nephews and friends.
An employee of Edmonton Transit for 24 years, Tom was also a talented musician, outdoor enthusiast and an animated story teller with an incredible wit. Generous and kind-natured, he looked for the good in people and faced life’s hardships with resolve.
A celebration of Tom’s life will be held Tuesday, July 28, at 2:00 p.m. at Memories Funeral Home, 13403 St. Albert Trail. Respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place with a private inurnment to follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers and if so desired, donations may be made to CKUA Radio, Friday Night Blues show.
