His passion for personal independence led him thru a career of accounting and small business ownership. To balance his work life, Tommy most enjoyed golf, strolls by the river, watching hockey, and indulging in a fine slice of chestnut cake. Upon retirement, his love of food and making people smile carried on through part time food delivery for local Chinese restaurant dear to him. Tommy created a foundation for baked pastries, Chinese curated meals, and frequently indulged until the day he passed.
