After a fulfilling life both personally and professionally, Yvette passed away at home, in the presence of family, on March 4, 2023 in St Albert.
Born in Sudbury, Yvette and her parents moved to rural Saskatchewan when she was very young. Yvette worked in banks for a number of years before marrying Doug Hunt. After starting their family in Saskatoon, they moved to St Albert some time later. Over the years, Yvette’s exceptional artistic talent and planning abilities allowed her to realize extensive home renovation and landscaping projects. With a keen eye for discovering good deals, finding great treasures for her two grandchildren brought her much happiness.
Yvette is survived by her husband, Doug, two children Sean and Elysia, two grandchildren Mariève and Rowan, and brother Maurice.
