I did not have the privilege of interacting much with Barbara these last few years, however, those times I did were very enjoyable. She was a down to earth “folksy” gal who you could converse with quite easily. Memories of her with my brother sitting around my dining table conversing about many things; life in south, living in Florida, hurricanes are a few that come to mind. Conversations interrupted with laughs and chuckles as other members of the chimed in. The thing that I remember most about those times was how happy and content she and my brother were. Their being at peace with their creator was part of it, but it was also the love they had for each other. That love and his relation to the almighty I know has provided my brother with a gracious heart and strength to carry on. God Bless You  “B”

Words cannot express how my heart feels without you every day! I'm lost without you! I miss you so much! Even though I know you are in a better place and are not in pain, yet I feel like a wandering spirit looking for a place to ease the heartache I feel. It was you who were like Job for so many years. You suffered yet you kept the faith. You never wavered always thanking the Lord in even the smallest of things in your child-like faith and beautiful smile. The Lord's love was upon you and your beautiful spirit blessed those around you. I find it hard to go on with you not by my side for the Lord has torn us asunder, for it was he who joined us together. The hardest thing is letting you go. Pray the Lord to help me to go on. I love you always Barbara my love!
