Celia was preceded in death by her father Victor Ortiz and her mother Maria Luisa Ortiz.
A visitation for Celia will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020. A mass of christian burial will occur Friday, October 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 405 Ballard St., El Cajon, CA 92019. A committal service will occur Friday, October 21, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Dr., San Diego, CA 92102.
