With hearts full of love and eyes heavy with sorrow, we honor the life and spirit of our beloved Deborah Floyd, who passed away on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, at the age of 54. A loving wife, devoted mother of five, and adoring grandmother of eight, Deborah lived her life guided by what mattered most to her—family, love, and kindness. If there’s one thing to be remembered above all else, it’s that those roles—wife, mother, and grandmother—were her greatest joys and proudest accomplishments.
Deborah was love in human form. The moment you met her, you felt safe, seen, and wrapped in something real—her whole heart. She gave without expecting anything in return. Whether you knew her for five minutes or a lifetime, she left a mark on your soul. She was gentle, never weak. Soft, yet unshakably strong. A woman of quiet power and immeasurable grace.
She raised five children with fierce devotion, pouring herself into their lives with endless love and sacrifice. Her eight grandchildren knew a special kind of love in her arms—the kind that doesn’t need words to be felt. Her love showed up in warm meals, thoughtful details, and the way she remembered everything that mattered to you. She worked tirelessly and humbly, always putting others before herself and somehow making it all look effortless.
Deborah found beauty in simplicity. She never needed name brands or flashy things. She preferred the off-brand, the homemade, the heartfelt. For her, true wealth was measured in shared moments, laughter, and love. She loved hummingbirds, cool breezes at sunset, and the quiet peace of nature. She lived slowly, intentionally, and lovingly.
Though our world is quieter without her, she is not truly gone. Her spirit lives on in every hug, every soft breeze, every hummingbird’s wings. In the way we care for others, in the peace we find in simple things, in the light we follow home—there she is.
Deborah is survived by her five children, eight grandchildren, and countless others whose lives were better for knowing her. She was the light in our darkest moments and now she will forever be the light we carry with us.
We will miss her every single day, but we will never be without her.
