He was the eldest of 8 living siblings. Mar Sue Norton, , Ted Hannibal, Judy Lesh (deceased), Jan Hie, James Hannibal, Theresa Reinsch, Patricia (Patsy) Moore. He was raised as his own by Phillip Hannibal (deceased).
Donald grew into a man of his own. From many challenges from the start to exceeding beyond years of what was expected.
He loved God, family, friends Kevin, Pooh Bear, Wizard of Oz, The Blue Angels, and police officers.
Until our circle is again complete & until we meet again he will be highly missed. Our miracle was returned to God on May 21st, 2017.
