passed away on Saturday February 15, 2020 at age 79.
Hector was born April 5, 1940 in Campo, CA to Robert & Sara Meza.
Hector was the youngest of 11 siblings. Hector was in construction 40+ years working with Standard Drywall. Hector loved the simple life; being around his family with good music & food was everything he ever truly wanted.
Hector is survived by; son Andrew Meza (Diana) of Santee, CA; daughter Cynde Meza of Lakeside, CA; and youngest daughter Justyne Meza of Lakeside, CA; 5 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren; brother Richard Meza (Alice) of Santee, CA and sister Bertha Bobo of El Cajon, CA, and 4 God Children.
Hector was preceded in death by his wife Heidi Sue Meza.
A visitation for Hector will be held Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020.
A rosary service will occur Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020.
A graveside service will occur Friday, February 28, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Singing Hills Memorial Park, 2800 Dehesa Road, El Cajon, CA 92019. A burial will occur at Singing Hills Memorial Park, 2800 Dehesa Rd. El Cajon, CA 92019
A Celebration of Life will follow the burial at his sister Bertha’s home in El Cajon, CA.
