Juanito is survived by his spouse, Silvia MeleroSpouse; his daughter Sasha Luanna Melero; his father Jose Raul Melero and his mother Teresa Elizabeth Melero; his brother Jose Raul Melero (Beatriz Delgado) and his brother Jorge Luis Melero.

Juanito was preceded in death by his brother Jesus Miguel Melero.
