Leonei is survived by his father Leonei Carrillo of El Cajon, California and his mother Herlinda Carrillo of El Cajon, California; his brother Efrain Carrillo-Quintero of El Cajon, California.
Leonei was preceded in death by his brother Eladio Carrillo-Quintero.
A visitation for Leonei will be held Monday, August 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at El Cajon Cemetery, 2080 Dehesa Rd., El Cajon, CA 92019.
