Matil Youssef Habchi, age 88, of La Mesa, California passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025. Matil was born in Lebanon.

Matil is survived by her son Georges Habchi (Marie Habchi); her son Michael Habchi (Awick Habchi); her son Rene Habchi; her son Jack Habchi (Aida Habchi); and her son Francois Habchi (Michleen Habchi); her sister Madeline godfiree and her sister Elaine Sfieir.

Matil was preceded in death by her sister Vera Boutros and her brother Elie Maoud.

A funeral service for Matil will be held Friday, August 15, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at St Ephrem Maronite Catholic Church, 750 Medford St, El Cajon, CA 92020. A graveside service will occur Friday, August 15, 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd,, San Diego,, CA 92121. A committal service will occur Friday, August 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121.
