Wardi Potrus, age 82, of El Cajon, California passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Wardi was born in Iraq.

Wardi is survived by her son Emad Esho; her daughter Suzan Esho; her daughter Nadya Esho; and her son Auad Esho; her brother Bahnam Ishak, her brother Qaiyser Ishak and her brother Emmanuel Ishak.

11 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

A funeral service for Wardi will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:25 AM at St Peter Chaldean Catholic Cathedral, 1627 Jamacha Way, El Cajon, CA 92019. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102.
