William Elton Ballard, age 69, of San Diego, California passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024.

William is survived by his spouse, Patricia Ballard; his son Brian Scott Ballard; his sister Betty Baran, his sister Carolyn Rolph and his brother Thomas Ballard.

A graveside service for William will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr, San Dieo, CA 92122.
