Wille attended George Washington Carver Elementary and went to attend Sequorah Jr. High School. In 1960 Willie moved to Long Beach, CA with his favorite Aunt Wilma Smith. In 1969 Willie joined the Army and fought in the Vietnam War where he received two Medals of Honor. Willie was honorably discharged in 1970.
In 1998 Willie married Ahisha, to this union one child was born.
Willie is survived by his wife Ahisha Allen, his (daughters) Gail Perkins (Larry), Amanda Allen, Nylah Allen. (sons) John Campbell, Quincay Kaiger. (step kids) Quran West, Deon West, Ife Broadus, Andre Kaiger. (sisters) Dorthy Richards (James), Noradell Allen, Zephyr Allen, Rhonda Betis, Bonita Chamblee, and a host of grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
