Alene Ruth Howard

Before her retirement, she worked as a guard for Dixie Storage. Alene loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.

Preceding her in death are her parents; daughter, Sharon Coke; granddaughter, Tammy Jo McWilliams; sisters, Nell Brewer, Pat Givens, Pansy Smith; brothers, Paul Scott, Harold Scott, Raymond Scott, and Walter Scott.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Shannon Batey (Ken) of Norphlet; great grandsons, Tyler Talley of Fayetteville, Gage Talley of Norphlet, Jonathan Loomis of El Dorado, Houston McWilliams of El Dorado; nephews, Tony Givens of Norphlet, Robert Givens of Norphlet; great niece, Heather Williams of Norphlet; sisters-in-law, Bertha Scott, Francis Scott; and a host of friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 9, 2020 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors with Tony Givens officiating.
