He was born August 11, 1966 in Dallas, TX to Roy Dean Jenkins and Ester Marie Hopkins. Arnold worked as a supervisor at Russell Construction of Dallas, TX and was of the Baptist faith.
Preceding him in death are his father and a son Jonathan Jenkins.
Survivors include his mother, Ester Hopkins Jenkins of Texarkana; his son, Joshua Coats of Jersey, AR; two sisters, Winna Edans of TX and Barbara Linden of Little Rock, AR and a brother, Ricky Jenkins of Atlanta, TX.
A private memorial service will be held by the family. Cremation services were entrusted to Young’s Funeral Directors.
