Born January 27, 1972 in Victorias City, Negros, Occidental Philippines, she was the daughter of Ricardo and Angelina Berguia Bayobo. Regina studied at the University of Cebu-Cebu City and was a homemaker.
Preceding her in death along with her parents was a sister, Rebecca Mabatid.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Cottrell, two brothers, Rene Bayobo and Ronilo Bayobo and two sisters, Gina Maria Rodocker and Azucena Balisco. Also surviving are three step-sons, Paul D. Cottrell, Richard E. Cottrell, and Hayden J. Cottrell along with one step-daughter, Lisa Michelle Hopper.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Young's Funeral Directors on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
