

Born on January 31, 1931 she was the daughter of Joe and Annie Bell Upshaw Risinger. Sue was a member of the East Faulkner Church of Christ. She began a 40 plus year career in banking with National Bank of Commerce and Simmons Bank becoming a branch manager. She also enjoyed her weekly Bible study class, gardening and spending time with her family, including her annual summer trips to St. Louis to visit her sister Beth.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Billy Risinger, sisters Beth Stallings and Lou Nell Risinger, a son David Anglin and her husband L.E. “Doc” Burge Jr.
Survivors are a daughter Carol (Benny) Bussey of El Dorado; grandchildren Amy (Phillip) Barton, Carrie (Jeff) May, Christa (Jason) Ingram, Christopher Todd Anglin, Tyler Anglin and Tara (Daniel) Wright; along with nine great grandchildren.
Graveside services by Young’s Funeral Directors will be at 1 pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Arlington Memorial Park with Jim Willis officiating.
