Suk 'Jo Ann' Chong Chong Prothro

She was born January 2, 1947 in Korea. A refugee of the Korean War, Jo Ann came to America and through hard work built a good life and was generous to others less fortunate. JoAnn was the owner of the Long Branch Bar and Grill in El Dorado.

Preceding her in death is her husband of 16 years, Doyle Franklin Prothro.

Survivors include her companion, Marc Milnes of El Dorado.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00p.m.Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Young’s Funeral Directors.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 6, 2012, at Young’s Chapel with Rev. Bob Inmon officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
