Albert is survived by daughter Rita Garcia; daughter Dolores Garcia; and daughter Josephine Lay.
Mr. Lay also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren to cherish his memories.

A funeral mass will occur Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 7712 Rosedale, El Paso, Texas 79936. A graveside will occur Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
