Ann Cooper (Wilda Ann Oliger) passed away on March 17, 2022 in El Paso, Texas with her granddaughter by her side. She was born May 25th, 1940 in Marked Tree, Arkansas to Alta and Wilburn Oliger. From the age of 18 she’s been an El Paso native, growing her family and raising her four children here. Ann loved listening to Elvis Presley, taking vacations with her family, and taking care of her pets. Her home was a place people felt welcomed and loved. Ann was always there to listen and had an infectious laugh she shared with everyone, she will be missed dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents Alta and Wilburn Oliger, her younger siblings: Louis Oliger and Virginia (Jenny) Kilcrease and her great-grandson James Todd Cooper-Kishton. She is survived by her four children; Donna Gorman, Ricky and Anna Cooper, Nikki Kishton and Kelli and Oscar Gutierrez; her grandchildren, Oscar JR, Kayla, Meghan, Shaun, Dylan, Raven, Noah, and Jenna; also her great-grandchildren Madelien, Nathan and Lucas. Visitation will be Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2:00pm with a Funeral Service at 3pm at Funeraria Del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St. El Paso, TX 79904.
