Avelina Antonia Higgins

Avelina is survived by her husband, Michael Higgins; her son Patrick Higgins; her daughter Kelli Carpenter; and her son Adan Higgins; her sister Toni Parra and her sister Martha Torrez; her grandchild Tempest Higgins-Steindal, her grandchild Clara Carpenter, her grandchild Colin Carpenter and her grandchild Luther Higgins.

Avelina was preceded in death by her father Andrew Torrez and her mother Socorro Torrez.

A celebration of life for Avelina will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Westside Church of Christ, 100 Crestmont Dr, El Paso, TX 79912.
