Celia S. Gallegos, 81, passed away March 15, 2015 in El Paso, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother: Maria Silva. Celia is survived by her children: Ricardo Gallegos, Roberto Gallegos, Maria Guadalupe Maese, Raquel Lozoya, Rosie Felix and Romelia Rocha, 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 am on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
