Ciria Alonzo

Ciria was born December 1, 1927 in Carmargo, Chihuahua. She was a devoted wife to Jesus Alonzo for 58 years. She was a woman of faith, devoted Catholic, and long-time parishioner of Guardian Angel Church. She possessed a beautiful personality, was loved by many. She was known for her unique sense of humor, kindness, and generosity.

She was preceded in death by her husband and son, Andres Alonzo. She leaves behind five daughters: Juana Kasiuba, Victoria Alonzo, Gloria Rosado, Rosa Maria Alonzo-Ward, and Cecilia Alonzo; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Rosary: Thursday, December 22 at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina Dr. Mass: Friday, December 23, 9:30 a.m., Guardian Angel Church, 3021 Frutas Ave. Interment: 11 a.m., Ft. Bliss Military Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. Wake to follow—place TBD.
