Daniel Cortez

He is survived by his children Victor (Martha), Jo Ann, Linda, and Tony (Jennifer) Cortez; grandchildren Mike, Ashley, Andrew, Cory, Victoria, Daniella, Samantha, Amanda, Sunday, and Savannah; and great-grandchildren Dominic, Emma, Ryan, Leah, Zayden, Sophia, Aiden, Kiana, and Lolani. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Cortez, and his son, Danny Cortez.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., with a rosary at 6:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Little Flower Catholic Church, 171 Polo Inn Rd., El Paso.

Pallbearers include Victor Cortez, Tony Cortez, Mike, Andrew, Cory, Sonny, Anthony, and Adam.
