Dear Grandma,

Although you're no longer with us, your love and warmth continue to surround me like a comforting embrace. I want to express my deepest gratitude for all the love, wisdom, and joy you brought into my life. Your memory will forever be cherished in my heart.

I love you immensely, Grandma. Your unconditional love and unwavering support have shaped me into the person I am today. I promise to carry your legacy forward and make you proud every step of the way.

Your presence brought light and laughter into our lives, Grandma. Though you may no longer be physically here, your spirit lives on in every laugh, every smile, and every cherished memory.

First and foremost to God be the Glory for blessing all whom had the pleasure of meeting, knowing and loving this amazing Queen. We all will miss the joy, light and unconditional Love she bestowed on each of us yet her spirit will live on within us. I was saddened to hear of Ms. Gary's passing. She was my first Sunday School teacher at Mt Zion! She was such a sweet person and you NEVER had to wonder what was on her mind. Endless laughing and joking and good times are what I remember about being around Ms. Gary. She is one of the Founding Members of the Silhouette Civic and Social Club who set the course for Black women to follow.  A true pioneer, employed within the city and working in the community.  Ms. Gary will truly be missed.

I remember the first time I spoke with Nana, always will.  I pray that Tommy, Malinda, Sylvia and her family and Ty will feel God's comforting presence.  I thank God for allowing me to adopt Nana as my mom.  She loved me and my family, embracing and caring for each of us as only she could.
