Our condolences to the Roland Family. We have many fond memories of Earl as our next door neighbor on Archie St.  He was always kind and very friendly, and we always enjoyed our conversations with him. Our kids still  remember Earl as great neighbor and friend that used to bring them leftover potato chips and snacks from his Frito-Lay truck. We will surely miss him.
