Mr. Kelly,
    Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in the China-Burma-India Theater of Operations fighting the Japanese during WW II. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. The men who served in the CBI were some of he unsung heroes of the War-they served in one of the most remote places in the World with few resources and very little publicity.

Our family sends prayers to Barbara and her family. We are thinking of you.
