Ernest Carl Swanson, 86, passed away on May 13, 2016 in Maricopa, Arizona. He was born on March 23, 1930 in Texline, Texas to Luther John & Edna Isabelle Swanson. Ernest is preceded in death by his parents: Luther John & Edna Isabelle Swanson; daughter: Sandra Denise Bentley and brother: Fred Swanson. He is survived by his wife: Concha Swanson; sons: Leroy Swanson, Mark Swanson & Scott Swanson; brother: John Swanson; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild on the way. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2322 Lee Trevino Dr., El Paso, TX 79936.
