Francisco Bustamante Jr.

Francisco Bustamante Jr passed away on May 30th, 2025 at the age of 87. He was born July 19th, 1937. He attended and graduated from Jefferson High School, Class of 1956. He served in the 78th Combat Engineer Battalion, 7th Army in Europe. Francisco retired from the United States Post Office after a long career spanning 36 years. He was preceded in death by the love of his life Elvira G Bustamante (1938- 2020), his parents Francisco Bustamante (1907- 1992) and Dolores Bustamante (1905-1980) as well as his siblings Urbano Bustamante, Maria Magdalena Bustamante, Isabele Bustamante and Carlos Bustamante. He was survived by two sons Rafael Edwardo (Veronica Lozano) Bustamante and Adrian Stephan (Mary Kershner) Bustamante.

His Grandchildren Jazmine Venise Bustamante, Rafael Edwardo Bustamante Jr, Breanna Nicole Bustamante, Alexander Rafael Bustamante, Allison Elizabeth Bustamante and Aidan Rafael Bustamante to also include the extended family as well.

He was our coach, our captain, our closest friend and advisor, but most importantly he was our beloved Dad and best Grandfather.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Friday, July 18, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a Rosary at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A graveside service will be on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
