

Frank was born in Salzburg, Austria on May 18,1947, to Frank and Ingeburg Delgado. As a military family, they traveled back to the states, being stationed in various locations, but finally settling in El Paso, TX.
Graduating from Irvin High School, he attended and graduated from UTEP, where he also met his first wife Andrea Lee.
As a young adult, Frank joined the US Navy, and after discharge, his career took him from being a contractor, designing and building his own home, to working in the field of acquisition and contracting for the Federal Government, where he also met his second wife, Carol, in 2004.
As a grandfather, father, husband, sibling, and friend, Frank was a selfless, kind and caring person who cared about the happiness of others. He enjoyed sharing his wisdom, knowledge, and experience with others, but at the same time, he was also a good listener, as his family, friends, acquaintances, and even strangers will tell you.
Frank enjoyed traveling and went to many countries and places during his lifetime. Frank also enjoyed reading and researching history and also collected a variety of items, to include model tanks, toys, and books.
Frank Delgado is preceded in death by his father, Frank Delgado, Sr., mother Ingeburg Delgado, brother Joe Delgado, 1st wife Andrea Lee, and Grandson Dominick Jarrett. He leaves behind his wife Carol, daughters Natasha Delgado and Nicola Rogers and her husband David, granddaughter Lillie Delgado, and many dear friends and extended family.
A visitation will be held at 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with a funeral service at 1:00 pm, January 2, 2026, at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas, 79904, with the committal service to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, located at 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX, 79906.
