Gabriel is survived by daughter Amoree Juliet Phelps Ortiz; father Gabriel Pettengill Ortiz; mother Rachael Ortiz and amoree's mother Chelsea Phelps; brother Patrick Pettengill Ortiz and brother Matthew Pettengill Ortiz.
Visitation for Gabriel will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Vigil Service at Martin Funeral Home, 128 North Resler Drive, El Paso, TX 79912. Funeral Mass will take place Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church, 1320 Mercantil Ave, La Union, New Mexico 88021.
